POS SYSTEM IS FROZEN
Reboot your POS server
WHY? As many times power interruptions are the main source of the problem
ONE OF MY TERMINALS WILL NOT "CONNECT"
WHEN ONLY ONE OF YOUR TERMINALS IS NOT RESPONDING, USUALLY THE ISSUE IS WITH THE WORKSTATION HAS AN ISSUE OR A CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM.
WHY? MOST SYSTEMS RUN OFF A CENTRAL SWITCH OR HUB, WHEREAS THEY ALL GET THEIR INO FROM THE SAME PLACE, THERFORE ALL WOULD HAVE TO BE NOT WORKING IN ORDER FOR THE ISSUE TO BE AT THE MAIN SERVER (OFFICE)
ALL OF MY TERMINALS ARE NOT WORKING
THE ISSUE IS USUALLY AT THE MAIN SERVER OR OFFICE, WHERE TYPICALLY THE NETWORK SWITCH OR HUB OR LOCATED. CHECK TO SEE IF THE SERVER HAS POWER, IF SO DOES THE SWIRTCH OR HUB HAVE POWER
WHY? MOST POS SYSTEM RUN OFF A CENTRAL SERVER THEREFORE IF THE SERVER IS NOT OPERATIONAL SO WILL ALL THE TERMINALS. IF THE NEWTOWRK SWITCH OR HUB IS NOT OPERATIONALS IT TOO CAN CAUSE THIS SAME PROBLEM.

MY CAMERAS ARE "FLICKERING" FROM ONE SCREEN TO ANOTHER
REBOOT YOUR DVR SYSTEM BY POWERING IT OFF THEN BACK ON
WHY? MOST ISSUES OF THIS TYPE ARE A RESULT OF A POWER SURGE OR BROWNOUT THAT HAS CAUSED THE DVR TO ACT LIKE THIS
